Accountor HR Solutions and M-Files came up with an electronic payroll archive linked to Mepco solution

Accountor HR Solutions and M-Files have joined forces to facilitate the day-to-day lives of their customers using Mepco payroll solution. Now the customers using the Mepco payroll system have access to a modern, fully online payroll archive that takes saving documents to a whole new level.

When Accountor HR Solutions decided to start developing a much desired modern cloud-based archiving solution, they turned to M-Files, a leader in intelligent information and document management. “M-Files’ long experience with document management and archiving as well as the functionalities and user experiences of the software convinced us. We simply wanted to work with the best in the field,” says Sales Manager Perttu Seppänen from Accountor HR Solutions. “We are very satisfied with this cooperation, which enables us to provide Mepco customers with an easy-to-use and safe archive for their payroll administration documents. The documents are a central part of a company’s business and processes. M-Files connects different systems together seamlessly, providing the entire organisation with the business information presented in them,” says Sampo Torikka, Channel Account Manager of M-Files.

The payroll archive system that is connected to the Mepco payroll system will transfer the archived materials automatically to M-Files’ pay archive. This means that the payroll clerk does not need to remember to save these documents manually, which makes their work much easier. The archived materials will make their way into the electronic archive while the payroll clerk carries out their normal work through Mepco. The information is easily available through the electronic archive, which is also a secure and reliable place to save legislated payroll documents.

The new archive solution integrated with the Mepco solution will be available to customers this spring. “It’s great that we can offer our customers a solution that we believe will make the work of payroll clerks easier and provide the organisation with an archiving solution that will last long into the future,” Perttu Seppänen says.
