Accountor accelerates the growth of HR management solutions by acquiring Planier Oy, a SaaS solution for worktime management
Accountor has acquired Planier Oy that develops SaaS solutions for worktime management. Planier strengthens Accountor's HR software family, especially in terms of worktime management, which increases Accountor's role as a leading SaaS HR software provider.
On 1.3.2023 Accountor has acquired Planier Oy from Haahtela-yhtiöt. Planier produces software as a service (SaaS) solutions for worktime managememt, workshift planning, and worktime tracking.

The merger also supports Accountor’s HR solution growth and product strategy. According to the strategy, Accountor is actively developing Finland's most comprehensive software family for working life. This Mepco Total software family covers the needs of HR, worktime planning, gig work management, working time tracking and payroll.
