Accountor a true research and development house – Finland's 35th largest R&D investor in 2020

In 2020, Accountor was Finland's 35th largest company in terms of research and development investments.

Accountor has invested heavily during the past years and continues to invest in digitalisation, robotics and AI. As a result, Accountor was Finland's 35th largest company in terms of research and development investments last year leaving behind several major companies. Our research and development expenses were 26 million euros, an increase of 12% from the previous year.

“It’s great to see such a result, as it demonstrates the fact that for several years we have invested heavily in customer-oriented service processes, as well as in the modern technology and automation that support them. With all of them, we offer more advanced and high-quality services to our customers in all our countries,” says Niklas Sonkin, Accountor's CEO.

The ranking is listed by Tekniikka & Talous magazine that specialises in technology and economics topics. Every year, the magazine lists 100 companies in Finland that invest the most in research and development. Last year Accountor ranked as the 36th.
