STREAMLINING PROCESSES MAKES SENSE
Vainu NetSuite business requirements were divided into five main areas:
FINLAND - SWEDEN - NORWAY
"We wanted to start implementation in Finland, however it was clear in the beginning to prepare roll outs to Sweden and Norway as soon as we were sure we went smoothly live in Finland. While it was clear that both Contract Renewals and Revenue Recognition were tested and Billing Processes were streamlined we were able to continue implementation Phases 2 and 3 into our other main business areas in Nordics", states Vainu Head of Finance Sami Kekäläinen.
"Our NetSuite project with Accountor started in September 2018. We went live in early February 2019 and continued the roll out in Sweden during February and were able to go live in Norway during March. I would say the consultancy from Accountor's NetSuite Financial Consultant Inna Reunanen was just the work of art", Sami continues.
Accountor agile project method ensures that all business requirements will be fulfilled after analyses phase. As an end result our customers do get:
- Solution Description
- Integration Strategy
- Solution Backlog
- Fit/Gap Analyses and
- Project Plan
These 5 elements provide a solid base for implementation in Sprints and Steering throughout the whole project. Roll outs in several countries and moving towards continual services can be easily managed as well, describes Accountor's Senior Business Consultant Arto Ignatius.
