At Accountor, we take our employees’ motivation and work engagement seriously so much so that we assess employee motivation every month. Our employees can leave feedback every day about their motivation via our motivation rating. Personal work engagement is reviewed in the 121 monthly discussions and by the Accountor Leaderment Team in the monthly performance review.
