When should special assessments of working conditions be conducted?

Scheduled special assessments of working conditions are to be conducted every 5 years. Unscheduled special assessments of working conditions must be conducted:

  • Within 1 year of:
    • the creation of new workplaces
    • changes in technological process
  • Within 6 months of:
    • receipt of an order from labor authorities
    • an accident at work
    • changes in the composition of used materials or raw materials
    • changes in used personal and collective protective equipment
    • suggestions made by trade unions
