Responsibility for reconciliation with Tillväxtverket according to the deadline received

We would like to clarify, with this sent out, that if your company has applied for compensation for short-time work in Sweden, it is also your responsibility to ensure that the reconciliation with Tillväxtverket is done according to the deadline you have received in your application.

Of course, we can help with documentation, as a service, in addition to our regular service delivery. In order to ensure that we have sufficient resources, you need to order this service from us. Please do so as soon as possible, but no later than one month (30 days) before the reconciliation reporting date. You will find the date in the confirmation email from Tillväxtverket.

When ordering you need to specify the following:

• Organization number regarding the reconciliation
• Reconciliation period
• Date of reconciliation

Alternatively, you can send the confirmation email you have received from Tillväxtverket then we will have the information we need.

The reconciliation must take place no later than 14 days after the end of the reconciliation period. This means that, in order for us to provide you with timely documentation, you need to submit the month's documentation for the period early in the month. We will therefore have to bring forward the submission date of the current month.
