The helpful videos will guide you through the following topics:
- How to log in to Netvisor
- How to process sales and purchase invoices in Netvisor
- How to enter travel expense claims and submit receipts to the software using Visma Scanner
You will also have the opportunity to note down any questions in advance. Please remember to enable subtitles. To turn on subtitles in YouTube, click the “CC” button at the bottom right corner of the video. If needed, click the gear icon (⚙️), select Subtitles, and choose your preferred language.
Please take note of the following important points:
We will contact you before the start of your service to arrange an onboarding meeting. Please remember to invite everyone working with financial management to the meeting. During our joint Teams meeting, we will review your company's financial management matters for the provision of our service. You can also ask any clarifying questions about using Netvisor.
When your service starts, please download the supplier letter from Netvisor and inform your suppliers about the change in your e-invoicing address.
