Leaderment, our leadership philosophy at Accountor, refers to our unique balance of leadership and management. Management involves taking charge of the present: understanding where we are, where we need to be and how to get there. Leaderment drives our daily promise to excel and to motivate each other to achieve our goals.

Employee engagement

At Accountor, we take our employees’ motivation and work engagement seriously; In fact, we measure our employees’ motivation every month, and every day our employees have the chance to tell us about their motivation trough our motivation rating. Personal work engagement is followed in the monthly 121 discussions, and by the Accountor Leaderment Team in the monthly performance review.
