Accountor is once again among the most attractive employers in Finland

Accountor has been listed as one of the most attractive employers in Finland according to the brand new employer image survey! Behind the research is Universum, an international organisation focused on researching and developing employer image.

The Universum's Most Attractive Employers survey ranks annually the most attractive employers in different countries and studies what qualities professionals expect from their employers. This survey included professionals in Finland who shared their own views on the ideal employer and working life.

This year, the most important and attractive characteristics of an employer were related to the smoothness of everyday work, salary, flexible working models, and people and culture at the workplace. Nearly 9400 professionals participated in the survey this year.
