Employee engagement

At Accountor, we take our employees’ motivation and work engagement seriously; In fact, we measure our employees’ motivation every month, and every day our employees have the chance to tell us about their motivation trough our motivation rating. Personal work engagement is followed in the monthly 121 discussions, and by the Accountor Leaderment Team in the monthly performance review.
