Accountor strengthens its position as the leading financial management service provider in the Nordics through two acquisitions in Sweden - Consulting AB and F1R Löneoutsourcing AB become part of Accountor

To support its growth strategy, on October 1, 2021, Accountor acquired two companies specializing in financial administration services in Sweden. Through the transactions, Accountor will strengthen its position as the leading financial management service provider in the Nordics as well as improve its service capability in Sweden

“For several years now, we have invested heavily in developing our customer-oriented service processes as well as in the modern technology and automation that support our processes. With our new way of working, we offer more advanced and high-quality services to our customers in all our countries,” says Niklas Sonkin, Accountor’s CEO.

One of Accountor’s strategic targets in Sweden is to be able to serve small and medium-sized companies even better. Therefore, the acquired companies will complement Accountor’s existing competencies.

”Accountor sees the value of our close customer contact, our active quality work and our focus on owner-managed companies. There is a lot going on in our industry and we are all working to keep up with the development. Together with Accountor, we get the chance to combine our competence and theirs, which gives our employees more opportunities and makes us stronger,” says Jan-Erik Forsberg, Managing Director for Projf Consulting.

"It is a strategic choice for us at First Reserve to focus on our core business, recruitment and staffing. Accountor is well suited to continue developing the work so our payroll customers will stay satisfied with their payroll service and our employees will get several competent payroll colleagues,” says Sandra Solomon, Managing Director, First Reserve.
