You provide the basic input and record any changes directly in the Nmbrs software, while we handle the review and submission.- Setup fee (one-time): €595 – €995, depending on the number of employees, pension fund, and collective labor agreement.
- Monthly fees (based on a minimum of 10 employees): €75 – €95, plus €8.50 – €12.50 per payslip, per employee, per month.
- Full payroll outsourcing
Clients provide payroll data according to a predefined schedule, and we take care of the rest.
This service is particularly popular with international clients — most of our customers are global companies with specific payroll requirements.- One-time setup fee: €595 – €1,495, depending on the number of employees, pension fund, and collective labor agreement.
- Monthly fees (based on a minimum of 10 employees): €95 – €125 fixed fee, plus €20 – €27.50 per payslip, per employee, per month.
- Payroll consultancy
Accountor provides assessments, expert advice, and applies a dual-control review process to ensure accuracy and compliance. Our consultancy services are available at:
- €110 per hour for a senior consultant
- €88 per hour for a consultant
These services can be delivered on-site (insourcing) or remotely, depending on your preference.
