Digia acquires Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy in order to strengthen its growth in the digital business solutions market

Digia Plc and Accountor Holding Oy signed an agreement on 27 June 2019, through which Digia Plc will acquire the entire share capital of Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy (AES). The transaction date is 1 August 2019.

Accountor has been working on redefining its strategy in the past years. As a result of this work, Accountor has decided to divest Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy to Digia Oyj.

The transaction is part of Digia’s growth strategy, which is focused on the development of our customers’ digital business. The ERP and CRM operations play a part in this. By joining our forces, we can offer even more comprehensive solutions to our customers. After the acquisition, more than 360 professionals will work in Digia’s ERP and CRM systems service area.
