Pre-contractual Work of Legal Advisors. What Students Are Not Taught About. Best Practices From Accountor Ukraine

On December 17, 2020, the Eve of the National Attorney’s Day (which this year miraculously coincides with St. Nicholas Day 😊), Svitlana Svyrydenko, Business Development Director of Accountor Ukraine, conducted a Zoom training for students titled “Pre-contractual Work of Legal Advisors. What Students Are Not Taught About”.

The meeting has brought together freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors from the Faculty of Sociology and Law of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, KNEU Institute of Law, and KNEU Institute of Business Education.
As an Attorney with a seven-year experience, Svitlana explained how to build pre-contractual relationship: where to start, what to focus on, and how to organize the most effective interaction both within the company (between the Lawyer, Accountant, Sales Manager, Financial Controller, Director) and with counterparties.

The attendees were very active and asked a lot of questions, as understanding of pre-contractual work is crucial for young lawyers and can help them improve their professional qualifications rather quickly.

We at Accountor Ukraine are always happy to share our knowledge and skills with our colleagues and future specialists. It is important for us not only to help our Clients and Partners, but also to stimulate the development of our colleagues and of young talents.
We congratulate them on Attorney’s Day and we wish them and everyone all the best for the coming Christmas and New Year holidays.

Stay inspired in 2021!
